Argentina's presidential election this week could lead directly and quickly to better, cheaper Malbec. In Sunday's runoff, Buenos Aires mayor Mauricio Macri narrowly beat Daniel Scioli, the choice of termed-out President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. Macri ran as a business-friendly alternative to Scioli and, in his first press conference, he said: "Currency controls are a mistake."
